Orchestra Boosters is a volunteer organization that is under the umbrella of RHHS Music Boosters (this is separate from RHHS Boosters). Our Music Boosters is dedicated to supporting all RHHS music groups - Orchestra, Band, Choir, Guitar, Music Tech and Piano. As a sub-organization, Orchestra Boosters takes care of our orchestra students.

We're looking for your help to keep Orchestra Boosters strong and to support our wonderful students! Many hands make light work so the more involvement we have, the better it is for all. Particularly, having multiple coordinators for Scrip, Fundraising and Student Support will make the jobs easier and more fun so find a friend and volunteer together! I've included a quick description of the opportunities here. If you're interested in one or more, look below the email for further details.

• Co-chair (communicate with Mr. Doan, our orchestra boosters chair, about overall running of Orchestra Boosters; possibly take over next year)
• Treasurer (make occasional deposits, write 1-2 checks a month and balance orchestra account )
• Fundraising Coordinators (help with fall fundraiser, orchestra restaurant nights and other fundraising ideas)
• Outreach Coordinator (communicate with families to coordinate volunteers to support Orchestra)

Once again, the RHHS Music Boosters are conducting a Dessert Days Fundraiser, starting TODAY!  Orchestra Boosters is part of Music Boosters so YOUR SALES HELP US ACHIEVE Orchestra’s goals!

This year we’re hoping to have ALL ORDERS ONLINE to reduce paperwork and simplify the process! (Note: Desserts must be picked up in person; there is no delivery option. See below for details.)

All pies/desserts ordered from the Music Boosters Dessert Days fundraiser must be picked up from the RHHS Cafeteria between 4:30-7:00pm Today!! This is the only time to pick up orders.

ONLINE CUSTOMERS:  You are responsible for picking up your orders.

PAPER ORDERS: Music students who turned in paper order forms are responsible for picking up ALL OF THE PIES on their order form and delivering them to their customers. *Remember, the pies are frozen when delivered.*
