Required Attire for RHHS Orchestra Concerts

10/10/2019

Dear RHHS Orchestra Families,
With our Winter Concert approaching on December 10th, it is time to think about purchasing concert attire. Students are required to wear a tuxedo/black gown for our Winter Concert, County Orchestra Assessments, and Spring Concert. Please make sure that any returning students’ clothes from last year still fit.  New students need to purchase black gowns/tuxedos.
There are two purchasing options:

Option #1
The link below is ‘Stage Accents,’ the same uniform company that the RHHS Band program uses every year for students. The tuxedo pieces can be purchased as a package, or individually if you only need certain parts.  All concert wear and accessories need to match what is on the website and can only be ordered from Stage Accents.  Ladies need the gown and/or necklace (optional), and gentlemen need the tuxedo package.  Black dress shoes (and socks for the boys) are required, but are to be purchased separately - Stage Accents does not sell those.
Stage Accents Online Order
* All new concert wear comes very long and will need to be altered, so I am suggesting that orders be placed as soon as possible in order to be ready for our Winter Concert on 12/10.  As of now, they have all sizes in stock. However, please allow 2 to 4 weeks to have your dress arrive.

Option #2
You are also welcome to purchase your child’s concert wear at a local department store. Please see below sample photos and buy his or her concert dress as close as possible to the style in the photos. Some students bought theirs through Macy’s website last year.

For Prism Concert on Nov. 2nd, students will wear t-shirts and jeans. The allowed color choices for two classes are below:
Pd. 1 String Orchestra: black, red, and blue
Pd. 2 String Ensemble: saffron (dark yellow/light orange), green and white
Thank you, and please let me know if you have any questions.
